Default how do you remove RC-56 residue?

OK, i got a little sloppy around my cockpit windscreens............any ideas out there to help me to remove some overglued areas?

Starting fluid and a microfiber rag. Test on covering first. If it dulls, use iso alcohol and microfiber rag. Takes lots of scrubbing, but can be done.
