I tried his email (failure to deliver mail message ) and I also tried to PM him. Anyone know what is going on with Frank Marcie (1/8 Airforce ) ?

When I did the initial search, I saw that post. Unfortunately, that post is a year old.

As I said above, his email gets bounced back as undeliverable and I have had no response to a PM.

Is Frank still doing plans ? Is he still alive ?

Is there anyone else available that will draw up plans from a 3 view AT A REASONABLE COST ?
