Motor mounting & balance questions
Hi all
Just some quick questions.
1. How hard should the shaft on an outrunner be to get out to reverse the shaft? (I had the set screw removed and I pushed harder than I thought necessary. It still didn't move. I don't want to destroy the motor.)
2. If I mount the motor more forward (~ 1 inch) will the CG still be "in the ballpark"? The ~1 inch is from mounting the motor in front of the firewall as opposed to behind it in a Byp Yak.
3. How can I regain proper balance without adding weight?
4. Should I be concerned with right/down thrust at this time or work on that later?
Thanks
