A google search for 'rc airplane skis plans' brought this result, along with many others: http://www.stenulson.net/rcflight/skikits.htm

That's our club presidents design. Works great!!! I've built sets for 40 size trainers all the way up to an18"x5" set for my 4*120. The hardest part is curving the tip on the larger sizes. The torque rod setup works really well. If the snow quits, I'll have to get the 4*120 out on the lake!

I make a form from a piece of 2x4 about 12" long. Use a band saw to cut th 2x4 to the desired curve of the ski and clamp the ply between the two pieces until it's dry. I usually leave it overnight just to be sure. Hope this helps.
