Default supertigre troubles!

i have a older supertigre gs 40 that i bought new some years back .it is of italian made and i have never been able to get it to run without loading up.if it idles longer than 20 sec it loads up and needs to be blown out .now this was not a peoblem for some time because it was on a pylon plane and it was ran at full throttle all the time but i have since started racing thunder tiger engines and do not want to give up on the supertigre as a sport flyer.i think i have tried every possible low needle setting and it still loads up .any suggestions??????

You should check the piston as my super tigre 61 had a very tiny hole in it looks like a bad casting of the piston. It was letting fuel in and also air which resulted in very bad running
