Default OK, GAS Engine/ FM Reciever question

I just bought a CRRC GF26i for my Funtana X100, I have had glow since i started flying 9 months ago, my question is this, Will a gas engine with Elec Ignition work with an FM reciever? I have been told several different things and want to get yalls opinion. Should I go to PCM or just switch to FASST 2.4 or just leave it alone with the FM??? HELP ME, Towers sale ends in 4 hours!!!!!!!! Thanks.

Just A few different little things you should do just to be on the safe side but we have been running mags and EI for years before 2.4 ever came along. Hit the sale then pull up the gas engine forum for set up instructions. Very easy.
