Default SERVO ADVICE PLEASE

I am trying to decide between the following servos for aileron, elevator, and rudder for the following aerobatic plane:

SPECS:
Wing Span: 80"
Wing Area: 1130 sq"
Length: 69"
Weight: 10 - 11 lbs
Engine: .90 -1.50 2-cycle glow

SERVOS:
Futaba BLS451 Brushless Digital Metal Gears
Futaba S9153 Digital Coreless Metal Gears
JR DS9411 Coreless Metal Gears

Are there other servos I should consider?

Regards
JC

As I only use JR, I would go with the DS9411's

Cheers

How bout Futaba S3010 servos? There standard ball bearing High torque servos for like $23.00 apiece. I'd think they'd be good enough for a 3D plane that big unless your an insane professional aerobatic 3D pilot which in that case you'd be answering this question instead of asking it,lol. I have a hard time paying $30-$40 per servo let alone $100 like the ones you mentioned, and I think most people overkill servos. I guess those servos are for VERY large scale aircraft, but I honesty dont know. Perhaps someone would recommend between 3010's and the ones you mentioned. I'm curious to see more replies to this post.

And what plane exactly is it.....that would help.

I saw a 'user review' of this plane on RCU. The builder used Hitec HS-475 which are slightly less powerful that the Futaba S3010.

BLS451's are wicked fast and powerful servos.

I use Hitec 5645MGs on aileron and elevator with a 5955TG on rudder on my 74" EF Yak

I agree, go Hitec. Contact Leisure RC Models at [email protected] for great pricing.
