How to straighten an elevator that's warped?
Okay, here's my plan. I going to soak this thing for a few hours underwater then lay something flat and heavy on it until it's dry and straight. Any issues to encounter as a result? My fear is the CA will loosen it's grip on the wood and it ( the entire elevator) will fall apart into pieces while soaking. Or...this method won't work on hardwood...only balsa. What's your take on this.
No...I haven't done it yet....waiting for some good advice. Thanks.

the best way that I found to do it is to twist it bast strate and put your heat gun to it. If it will not come all the way strate. When you cover it. do it agian. That will will.

The only warp I see is in the top right of the image. If that's it, you should be able to pull it out with the covering..... If not, I don't think it'll make that much difference on a powered model anyways.
.... maybe if you were flying competition or a sailplane.
