Pt-17 bottom wing

does the bottem wing of a PT-17 have diherail?? or is it built flat like the top wing ????? and this is for a 1/5 scale plane.

Pt-17 bottom wing

My Sterling has a flat top wing, and dihedral on the bottom wing, but I have no way to tell how much. I would guess at about 3 degrees.
