Sig Hog Bipe and 4* 40 balancing
When balancing an Sig Hog Bipe, do you use the top or bottom wing? I also need to know the balancing range for the four star forty.

And it's a popular color scheme for the Hog as well (ok so mine is that scheme too) (you can even download the Hog with this scheme for RealFlight G2)
You can readily change the rudder on the Hog Bipe without a major impact to it's flying characteristics.
To balance your Hog, it should be inverted to get the balance correct (though that's not mandatory). There used to be a site called Fubar Hill that had the plans for a balancer designed for the Hog, real easy to put together. They also covered a bunch of mods and info for the Hog. It might be worth looking for. The site was run by Eric Kler (you'll find lots of postings about the site, Eric and the Hog, right here on RCU)
You are gonna love this plane

Yes, Eric was kind enough to post mine on his site. My friend and I built two alike....unfortunately my fiends bit the dust...but he's building another.
