Default BOEING 247

Hello to all.

I am in the paperwork stage of drawing up a 11 scale Boeing 247 and it will have about a 88 inch wing span. My idea was to use two 72 fs. The center section to outside the engine necells is to be lite ply and spruce. Fire walls 5 ply. the landing gear is going to be a small issue since it goes back at a angle. The outboard wing panels are to be blue foam and removable. I would like some input on a better way of doing this if there is one. I want to use this bird in the NATS neat year in sport scale. Thanks.....Jim

Good day jburry!

The wing span grew to 92 inchs and power two 91 FS. As this project unfolds i will be taking plenty of pictures. The machine i am going to model after will be ROSCOE TURNER's Racer.
