Trainer Nose Gear.....best ?
I am at the stage where I am landing on my own but have put a lot of hits on my nose gear.....40 size trainer...landing on paved runway.....What is the best nose gear for this kind of punishment? I have heard of some types being stronger and better suited for these early solo landings....Any suggestions....I am even thinking of putting together something like a spring skid behind the gear to help protect everything....Thanks...Richard

I have seen that landing gear and it looks strong....would I be able to install it in existing gear slots behind the engine or would I need to take everything out to install it...Thanks

Richard,
Go with the FULTZ gear.....
If your engine mount has a hole in the top and bottom for a single shaft to slide through, then you will be able to mount it right up.
