Default Hitec Repair?

Hi
I am looking for transmiter repair in the states. I am getting no responce from Hitec Customer Service Center, 12115 Paine St,
Poway CA, 92064. I do not want to send my Eclipse 7 off to a 'dead letter box'. Their phone is no longer in service. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I have used the Hitec service in California with great success. IMHO, Hitec's repair policy and quality of repair is excellent and as fast or faster than any other similar service. Their prices are also fair, several times they have made repairs to my transmitters at no charge, not even shipping costs and one of those was on Prism far out of warranty yet no charge.

Is the phone listed on this page the one you are getting no longer in service?

Yes, that's the phone # that is no longer in service. Rodney, How long ago did you have service there? I sent them an email three days ago and no responce.

You might try the radio MFG forum, Hitec has reps monitoring activity and are very good about responding. I'd start there.

I took RAMFlyer's advice and was contacted by Hitec within a day. The transmitter was repaired and sent back fairly quickly. Thanks to all who helped.
