remote glow plug connector, mod?
Sick of the du-bro glow connector end ( http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXD693&P=SM ) falling off or having a bad connection. Does anyone have a home made mod or solution? If not how about a replacement fo just the wire end (like the way it mounts on the fuse)...

RE: remote glow plug connector, mod?
Pain, ditto, it is even worse if the engine is softmounted. I've had pretty good success with a method similar to what fancman posted. Plug from radioshack or similar for external connection. For the connection to the plugl, I've had the best luck with the tettra one on this page.

I however have also had pretty good luck with just soldering a wire to a wheel collar, then carefully screwing that down to the plug center terminal such that is doesn't short on the plug housing.
