Default Propellor for OS fs .56 a

Hey,

I'm building the Top Flite Elder 40 and just bought the new OS Engines Four Stroke 56a.

The manuel says for scale flying: 13x6-7 or 12x6-8.

For this plane I want a wooden prop. I looked at Master Airscrews 13x6 Scimitar Props.
they say this is best for a .60 engine.

Is it OK to use this prop? Anything else better? Do I loose efficiency because its a wooden prop?

Thanks,
Phil
