Hi, i have a set of spring air retracts that need to be disassembled. it's easy removing the philips screws, but my question is: how do you remove the retaining bar for the gear leg? I asked for help from the manufacturer, but they never replied back. any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

not sure what you're asking myself but i usually find spring air's customer service to be excellent. however, it has taken a few days at times for them to answer me also. good luck.
