I just set one up for A student but I use degree meters. I set up ailerons and elevators at A high rate of 10 degrees and the lows at 65% of that, rudder was as much as I could get. To soften the throws I put in 45% expo, depending on the make of your radio expo will either be plus or minus. The set up was just perfect for him as his starting point.

Not sure what you are looking for as far as information. Your instruction manual should give you the throw deflections in inches. It will tell you how much the control surface should move up and down. You can use a deflection meter or a regular ruler. You can adjust the ammount of throw by moving the location of the push rods on the servos and control horns. If you have a program able radio, you can set up the high and low rates. Hope this helps, Dave

They list the throws on Tower Hobbies website:

No problem. Just ask questions when they come up, we'll help.
