Default disassembly of glue joints

I need help taking apart an older model that needs recovering. Also, I need to open it for other reasons. The wings are glued on. What is the best/least destructive way to remove them?
Thanks

If "epoxy" was used then a little heat (hair dryer) applied will soften and make it easier to work with/remove /seperate/cut etc. I've also used a fine tipped soldering iron to heat epoxy joints and had decent results. Good techniques for removing and repairing misaligned wing tubes and stab tubes on some of the cheesier arfs out there.[8D]

Thanks Bill & Bass1. I'll start with one and progress to the other if necessary. Bass1 - a bass player?
