I have 4 1/2" inflatable wheels fro DuBro they have a scale like tread on my 1/5 scale Waco. Think they where about $14 each.

On close inspection the Glennis site has some very nice tires and what I want. However, when I convert to Canadian dollars one gets a little weak in the knees over the price tag. The search will continue. The big thing is finding tires with diamond treads.
