Default RE: balancing spinners

The way I do it is...

I don't do it.

It's worked for almost 50 years now.

Default RE: balancing spinners

1. Move the two vertical shafts on one end to the center. 2. Raise the endplate on the set of shafts you moved so the lower discs (inside the circle) are horizontally aligned with the discs on the opposite end. 3. Turn the cone closest to the spring around backwards so the large end of the cove acts as the back plate of the spinner. 4. Add the spinner to the shaft with the backplate touching the large end of the cone. 5. Add the second cone small end first to hold the spinner back plate against the large cone end. 6. Add the spinner. Now place the shaft, long end first thru the end plate you raised and the spinner outside the opposite end plate. This allows the shaft end without the spinner to pivot up into the rollers inside the round hole and the shaft immediately adjacent to the spinner to lay on the outside rollers. You now have the spinner suspended outside the end plate. As with a prop, the heavy side will go to the bottom..
Piece of cake!!
