Default gas & zip ties

I just bought the Aeroworks 260 and I see that they are showing its ok to use zip ties in the fuel tank to secure the lines. I've never used them in glow tanks and am wondering if there really ok in gas. Thanks

I've used them for several years on gas and they seem to hold up fine.

Same here. I've got zip-ties holding down every tank I've got right now.

With the Tygon tubing used for gasoline you'll want to either use the zip ties or solder some barbs onto the metal tubes.

Thanks, guys. I figured they were all right to use since Aeroworks is showing it and they are a top notch company from what I see. I just needed to hear it from some others. I thought H9 and Great Planes were good ( which they are ), but this is a whole different level compared to them. You really do get your monies worth.

I am doing that. They show doing both. Barbs even come with the plane.

Thanks

Zip-Ties Rule! Every man or woman must have them in his or her shop! I use them with no problems. [8D]
