I wonder if this combo will bring the results that I am looking for?

want this plane to get up and float around, I am new at this sport. flying a LT-40 with Saito 45 - 4 stroke with 11-6 prop with help of friend and buddy box does ok.

please give your imput men

Well, if it's a 20 size J-3, I'd say no.

If it's a 60 size, I'd say yes

and if it's a 40 size, I'd say It'll float at 1/4 throttle or less.

Yep, what MinnFlyer said.

I have an 80" J3 with a 52 four stroke, and that is plenty of power for the plane.

I know it wasn't your question, but I'd say your Saito 45 would fly a 72" Cub quite well.
