Default Robart air coupler techniques

What is the technique for getting an air tight seal between Robart's 1/16' air line and their 1/16 couplers? In particular the "T" couplers. I cant seem to get the air line to pass the flange on the coupler arms. I broke one coupler trying to force the line over the flange. I use two "T" couplers in my system and they both leak like sieves.

Never mind. The technique is to insure that you are using 1/16" couplers and not a larger size. Dumb and dumber.

Even that really cool red and blue line they give you is a tight fit with the correct size parts. Iwas using a product called rubber eez that helped the line slide over the barbs. If you see bubbles when you do the pressure test just remember, they shrink up in a couple of days and make a tighter fit.
