Default Cows and exhaust tips

I have a cap 232. But i am just itching to put something on the cowl. It is just too plain. Does anybody know where i can buy stickers like: "I eat 2 strokes for breakfast" or "smoke this" or maybe even mock sponsor stickers? Here are a couple pictures of the plane to allow you to see what i am talking about, and the color scheme of the plane to match the stickers with. also, see the exhaust manifold? i need something to put on there that will look good, but not restrict

You're going to have a hard time finding ready made stuff. Common stickers aren't fuel proof.

The best way is to print your own decals. There is lots written about this already. Basically make them on your computer and print onto label stock. Stick them on and spray with a clear coat.

Put the design of some animal on the cowl. You could go to an auto parts store and but a decal. I would say that you can put the design on the cowl, then put a coat of clear over it to seal it.

I wanted to do something like the Penzoil Chipmunk, but since I only use Kendall, I called their offices and asked for some stickers. They sent me a bunch of different styles and sizes of vinyl stickers and I covered them with clear Monocoat after I applied them.

The advertising departments of most large corporations, especially ones that involve themselves in auto racing, will usuall send stickers or decals on request. Get the corporate phone numbers from their websites or your local public library.

Depends. Some companies use several different sizes for different applications. Just ask for an assortment. Kendall sent me a big envelope full with several different styles and sizes...Everything from 1.5" round ones, long curved ones, and the ones like I have on the plane, which are about 3" x 10". About 6 different types, 5-6 of each (I wanted them for my racing lawnmowers).

You haven't seen us racing on TNN and Speedvision? Go to www.letsmow.com and see what we were doing. I gave it up about a year ago, but there's still pictures of me on the little #13 machine (black w/flames) in the galleries. There's also a pic of my wife's fluorescent pink dragster (complete with wing & wheelie bar) on the gallery page. My nickname was Dangerous Doug and the #13 machine was the Pocket Rocket.

Thank you. You haven't lived until you've gone 50 mph on a lawnmower...
