Is this a side window on your vehicle or model? You can try a small soldering iron on the epoxy. It will crystalize the epoxy and you can chip it off. (carefully)

You can try to bend the plastic window slightly or even try to peel the epoxy off.....there shouldn't be a great bond as the epoxy can't penetrate the plastic

Ding, ding, ding! Give that man a free plane! Jetmech05 is right on. I use a piece of plastic to mix my Epoxy, and when it dries and hardens, I just bend it a little and it peals right off. It will work for your canopy.
