Looking for 4" Spinner
Looking for a 4" spinner that won't break the bank. Everyting I've found in this size costs dearly. This is going on a O.S. BGX-3500, turning a 18 X 10 Dynathrust prop.
Thanks

RE: Looking for 4
I ran into the same lack of 4" spinner problem when finishing my TF p-51. As far as I can tell (and LHS sort of agrees) the major manufacturers don't offer 4" spinners in plastic (biggest we found was a 3-1/4). I ended up with a Dave Brown 4" aluminum spinner/prob adaptor for about $40. You could also order a TF ARF replacement spinner from Tower, but it only comes in a red/yellow color combo. HobbyPeople has (or had) a Magnum 4" aluminum spinner listed in their clearance items a couple of weeks ago.

Found this from Hobby People. Not sure if it would hold up to a bigger engine, went ahead and ordered one just the same.

RE: Looking for 4
Yeah, the cheap $4.00 price makes me wonder about the quality of the spinner. I bought 2 of them, will keep you updated on them.
Hobby People have all kinds of stuff.
