Default thunder tiger 54 4 stroke

I can't figure out why this engine won't keep running after I remove the igniter. If anyone has any info that can help me I would appreciate it greatly. thanks, Rick

First of all it sounds like you still do not have the right plug. Get an OS F and go from there. If your engine dies when you remove the glow heater then your too rich on the low end, bad plug or bad fuel, in that order.

What airplane is it in? Is it mounted upright or inverted?
Fuel tank location, in relation to the carb, is important too...

If the tank is too high, the engine will have a tendancy to "load up" or get too much fuel...too low, just the opposite.
