Default 70" Revolver Engine Question

I recently purchased a GP 70" Revolver. I was a little surprised at the recommended engine sizes. Up to a 75 Two Stroke and 91 Four Stroke. These sizes seem very conservative based on the size of the plane (70" SPORT Plane). I am planning to use a four stroke engine and I was curious to see how many have actually built the plane with a glow engine and what size engines were used?

If it was me, I would think about a 20cc Saito (Gas).
or 120 size 4 stroke.

Thanks.

I was thinking along the way of a 115 or 125 Saito myself.

There is a great thread in the ARF section that discusses engine selection, among many other aspects of setting up this aircraft.

There may be a consensus on .90 - 1.20 2 strokes

Check out the thread

I put an OS 1.10 4-stroke in mine. Outstanding power and seemingly endless vertical. I can't imagine needing any more than that. The GP video uses an OS .91 4-stroke and I'm sure that is plenty.

I have the OS120 AX on the smaller one so I say go with the 120AX on the bigger one too.
