Default New battery question

I just got 2 new 1650mA, NIMH, RX batteries from NoBS Batteries. The literature that came with them says that I should do a formation slow charge and cycle before putting them into service. I have my old wall wart charger that came with my radios and an AccuCycle Elite. I assume I should use the AccuCycle. The thing I can't seem to grasp, (getting old), is how to get this charger to put out a lower current for the formation charge? I've read and re-read the instructions and it is a bit muddy to me. Can anyone help put me straight?

Thanks all!

Can you set the charger to 160 mA's ?

If so, charge it for 11 hours.

Turn the peak sensitivity all the way up too and use the timer shutoff (if the Accucycle has one). New nickel batteries will false peak before they are full. If you have a thermal probe for your charger that's good enough to make sure you don't overcharge.

Just plug the batteries into the wall wart for 2 days. The accucyle will time out.

Change the Peak setting. You can enter your charge current there. I get my most accurate cycling results when discharging at 300ma.
