Default Morris Hobbies?

Can anyone tell me what happened to Morris Hobbies? I used to love thier kits about 10-11 yrs ago but I got out for a while. And
what's this 2.4GHz? Maybe that's aquestion for another time? But I am curious about Robert and his brother...Mark I think it was. Used to see them at a New Waverly Tx flying field.

Thanks Glenn

I believe Walter Morris sold his business to MVVS in Texas. Maybe 10 years ago. MVVS continue to run the brand. At least that's what the web site says: http://morrishobbies.com/

I had a Giant-Su-Do-Khoi from them about 10 or 12 years ago. This was my first 3d plane and I still have fond memories of that one.

Ole Walter Morris was around Paducka KY or there abouts. He sold the business to those brothers in Texas back about 10 years ago

Eventually they got into an asset crunch and went belly up best I can figure? This was 3-4 years ago.

They still have a site on the Internet but I think it is just a place marker? http://www.morrishobbies.com/
