I've ordered from them a number of times. Everything always arrived.....but, as stated above, shipping is on the slow side. I guess I can't complain too much, since shipping is free on orders over $25.00. Their prices are competitive with Horizon and Tower....they're even cheaper on some items.

I've only ordered from Myatomic once, for Saito engine parts. Agreed on the slow shipping, but got everything I needed at good prices. I'm willing to be patient if I can get what I want at a decent price.

I use them all the time. I wouldn't personally call it 'slow' shipping, might not be the fastest but it's not like you sit around for weeks wondering where your package is. I probably have ordered from them 30 times over the past 18 months.

Free shipping on orders over $25 rules. Buy what you need, when you need it.

In my honest opinion I wouldn't order from this company ever again...let me explain...I placed an order through Amazon for an engine that my Atomic.com offered, a Saito 125, however after the delivery date came and went and no product (which was TWOWEEKSfrom the date of my order...I guess they use foot patrol to deliver), I emailed the company three times and got absolutely no response, not even an automated response. I then went to their website, got their phone number, called, and no response, couldn't even leave a message. Contacted Amazon.com and ended up canceling the order and getting it elsewhere.

Have you tried to contact these people or spoken to anyone? If not, good luck!

I'm not sure where Amazon comes into play here. Unless there are two companies doing business with the same name, I have ordered several times from MyAtomic directly, received the items in good time, and the prices were more than competitive. I will do business with them again.

I agree. They usually ship within 3 or 4 days of receiving my order, where horizon usually ships within 24 hours....and occasionally they ship the same day. I often fill my shopping cart from several sites, with the same items, and compare the total price...more often than not, Myatomic is cheaper, especially when it is a small order.

3-4 days IS slow shipping. If a company cannot ship my order next business day, I'm buying. Just too many that companys do ship same or next day.

Amazon processes the order for myatomic.com, at least for my transaction. I called/emailed myatomic.com directly (numerous times) and never received a response...so therefore I will never order so much as a piece of balsa from them. Just my .02. He asked.
