Smoke Muffler or regular pitts?
I'm looking to do a big order from tower with a pitts muffler and stuff for my P-51.
http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXLDR5&P=7
I found this pitts muffler and it doesn't say its a smoke muffler but the picture says it is. Anyone bought on before?
I don't want the smoke muffler, and I can't seem to find anything else for a saito 100.
Thanks

I think it is just "smoke ready". That doesn't mean you have to use it for a smoke system. If it will work for your engine and airplane, go for it.

You're going to mount the engine side ways so it sticks out the side of the cowl, not inverted?
This is for the inverted con-fig http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXLDS3&P=7

RE: Smoke Muffler or regular pitts?
I'm going to be mounting it sideways.
I'm purchasing this muffler for a different airplane, while purchasing other stuff for my P-51. May have stated that wrong earlier.
Thanks for help.
