MAC's muffler's
 

Does anyone know if MAC's is temporarily shut down or is it out of business because of the death of the owner?

Mecoa bought all the remaining stock.

You can still find some on E Bay, but they are made out of gold nowadays. I have a few stored away as part of my retirement fund.

I don't see them as all that valuable since other mufflers are as good or better. I just have had one for a number of years and it seemed to do well so was going to replace it with the same..MECOA has very little to choose from as far as the MAC's inventory is concerned so I will do some research and find one comparible that will do the job. Thanks for the info.

There is also Bisson and Slimline I believe.

If you want a silencer that is a short pipe then Weston UK make your own can build one. I have had several of their pipes in the past and the quality was excellent. They do a throttle pipe and a speed pipe variant in their short pipes as well as full size pipes.

Can I still find gaskets for the Macs 6900 ? (fits S.T. G .60 & S; COMO .60)
