hole cutting tools for thin plastic
 

Hello

Anyone know of any good tools to use for cutting nice round hole in thinner gauge plastic. I have an Olfa, circle cutter and used it but I never seem to get the exact hole cut I desire. End result not perfect somewhat hard to hold and seams to skip a little bit some times design intentions not really for plastic I take in or not design the best ? Anyway need to cut a clean hole a tad bit small then a dime in a plastic panel for rc auto gyro Any help appreciated
