Little Help..?

Im new to these forums, so wasnt quite sure where to post, I have a Storm Launcher Mini, which is a sort of hydrofoil boat which takes off and moves via propellers, so I wasnt sure if it was a boat or a plan. Also I couldnt find any part of the forum specifically for malfunctions help.

Anyway my problem is it's broken, and id quite like a little help from all the RC geniouses out there. I must confess I dont know the complicated parts of it, and I havent yet opened her up to see what the problem is.

I'm fairly sure it started when I was charging it. It works via 8 AA batteries in the controler, and then charges the machine it's self via a charging cable, and will last a flight of 6 or 7 minutes before running out. It says you have to keep both the plane and the controller's power switches to off before you charge it, however I forgot to do this, and subsequently it isnt working any more. The controller light comes on intermittently for no apparent reason, so the problem may be there, or in the plane, or both.

Little help?

i would take all the batteries out and then put them back in the controller. My son has a heli that charges of the remote, but the remote has to be on and the heli off.
