Default suck up to molly thread

we all know that QQ builds a bunch of great airplanes and he and wayne offer the best service in the hobby, reza here on the forums, but every time i call QQ Aircraft to be a pain in the ***** molly is the one on the phone(i have built 5 QQ planes so far). she is always willing and able to help and find the answers to the tough questions for all of us. no company is better than the person there customers talk to on the phone and they never seem to get the thanks they deserve.
Molly i don't know if you will read this but just wanted to thank you again for the service and kind words you offer on the phone for QQ aircraft. you are a big part of why myself and other enjoy doing bussiness with QQ aircraft co.

Agreed. Last week my 86" broke its main gear. Talked to Molly on Mon. and Wed. I had a new gear installed. Thank you QQ and company.

Yep, 100% agree. Any time you call its a great experience, even if the reason you are calling was a bad experience.

Guys,

We really appreciate your kind comments. I sent this link to Molly this morning when there was only two posts. She got right back to me and said "It made her day". We really do appreciate all the kind words and loyalty.

I will send her the link on Monday for the rest of the posts

My experience with Molly and the QQ group has been nothing but good. I love my plane (86") and even though I've broken a few parts it has been a pleasure to work with them. Especially Molly.

Thank you,

Barry

I have to join in here as well! Molly made my purchase easy, and went well above what would be normal to get everything done for me. I have no idea what she gets paid, but however much it is, she deserves more!!! She is one of the nicest people I have dealt with, and that's going some, as I've dealt with some really nice people over the years.

Hi,

I don't know about you guys but me experience is a bit different. I sent some e-mails last week for ordering a cowl and canopy, but the response was not the expected IMO. I received an e-mail saying that the items were not available, then I gave them a call paid an international call from Greece to US and told me that the canopy was available. Then I requested to send me the canopy with some SFGs and stickers, that was two days ago. Since then I have received no invoice or total price. Today I sent them another e-mail reminding my order but still have received no answer.

Anyway next time I think I will to look for a plane and parts closer to my country such as Chech Republic, it is more convenient for me to go there in person and get them than waiting for ages and paying for international calls for nothing...

QQ YAK is a good plane, let's hope that the support of this product will be similar...

Happy New Year!

Nikos

Hi,

I am afraid that I should take some of the words written back. Earlier this week Molly contacted me via e-mail, she was more than willing to help, unfortunatlly she could not respond promptly as she was ill. In the meantime I had already ordered some of the items I wanted from a QQ retailer. If I need anything more for sure I will contact QQ Aircraft and Molly again.

The succesfull company is the one that does not have a single dissapointed customer. I believe that QQ Aircraft belongs to this group of companies and hope that they will continue to produce top notch products for the niche aerobatic RC segment.

Best regards,
Nikos

Hi all,

I am in full agreement with everyone here. Molly is the one of the kindess and most resourceful people I have dealt with in this hobby. I prefer to do buisness over the phone vs email, and everytime I call QQ Aircraft, it is a VERY positive experience. QQ Python $1200...Da 85 $800....Molly.... Priceless. Congrats to QQ, Happy New year to all @ QQ aircraft, and to all other rc'ers out there.

I have always believed that behind every successful R/C pilot there is a good woman. In Quique's case there are two....Sandra (his wife) and Molly!

Come on Molly we need a picture of the first lady of RC!! I talked with her on the phone just to get information about some of the QQ planes and as always Molly is the greatest to deal with, always helpful and prompt to answer any questions or get the answer. I plan on buying a QQ aircraft in the near future.
