Default Canopy repair on Gen II 102"

Fom either heat or age the two year old canopy on my Yak is coming unglued. The canopy was suplied with a kind of caulking around the inside to attatch the plastic canopy to the plywood frame. This caulking is separating fron the plywood. What is the best way and material to reconnect these surfaces? Thanks!

shoe goo works good and you can pick it up at arts and craft stores if your hobby shop doesn't have it.
