Farview Flyers Spring Thaw Heli Event!
Farview Flyers would like to invite you to our 1st Spring Thaw Heli event. It is a three day event starting on Thursday, May 13th, 2011 and running through Sunday, May 15th. We are located in Hamburg, Pennsylvania (mid eastern PA, about an hour above Philly) on 57 acres with unlimited flyover space. There will be two active flight lines. Food and beverages will be available and camping (no hookups) is on premises.
Our runway is smooth grass, is 400 feet wide and almost 1800 feet long. We fly turbine jets there weekly (just to give you an idea of how smooth the runway is). Our club embraces all types of flying, helis, foamies, scale, jets, etc. We also cater to the new pilot as well as the seasoned airman.

Just a little over 4 weeks until the Farview Heli event! There will be seperate areas for 3D and scale flying. 10 to 12 flight stations. Plus an area for hovering, for beginners and whatever.
Put it on you calendars! Farview is the place to be on May 13th through 15th. On site camping (no hookups) and a full kitchen for hot meals!
