    What is this sport about?

I have just seen this and it seems to be pretty intesting. What is involved in this sport, and how do your jumpers work and do you control you plane and drop the jumper or does another person control the plane, I have found out what you can do in real life, you prolly can do it in an R/C version its just finding it. How do you deploy the parachute, and how to you deploy the jumper from the plane and do you use helis has well as planes.

RE: What is this sport about?

    Hi Flyboy2,

How far are you from Muncie IN? Show up there Sept. 13-14 at the AMA site and you can learn just about anything you want to about R/C Skydiving.

Most jumpers use three servos, one to open the chute and one for each arm. The jumper is usually attached to the plane by a drop box that secures the jumper to the plane and has a servo that is controlled by the drop planes radio system to release the jumper.
