Are they not honoring their 30 day return policy? I have been a customer since 1976 and have rarely had any issue with them that were not immediately resolved. If their policy is changing then that will make me want to consider other purchase options in the future. I have a 14SG that I purchased in 2013 from them and do not see any signs of corrosion on it. Please keep us update on the outcome?

Can you post some pictures of the corrosion?
