Default need help on finding correct replacement spring

Hi Guys,
I am new to buggy, been flying for years and this is the first time that I try buggy.
The brand I got is china made, everything is ok, except the spring is too soft. I had to dial in the adjustment to almost the end to get a satisfactory spring rate.

I need to get replacements however, shops are none to exist around here.

So please help me to find out a few things.

1. How is the 16mm spring size is measured , is it the inner diameter of the spring ?
2. I found that mugen mbx-6 uses 16mm spring. Can anyone help me to measure the inner diameter and the uncompressed length ?

Thanks in advance.

1.6 is not 16mm, 1.6 has to do with coils or the thickness of the wire of the spring.
