Losi gen 3 radio tray for 8ight 2.0

I just got back into nitro racing with an 8ight 2.0 RTR. Besides upgrading the servos asap, what's the deal with the gen 3 tray? Is it needed/worth it? I had a 8ight-T 1.0 a few years back and it was blowing through servos due to tray issues. Is that issue fixed?

What servos ya'll running? I need new ones asap.

Yes they moved the t-servo up front next to the s-servo.
it was too closeto the motor befor which caused short servo life.
It's a matter of preference where servos are concerned just remember you want a 200+ OZ. high torque servo for steering
and a 150+OZ. high speed servo for throttle IMO
