RE: Best Clutch out for duability?
geez taht's expensive for shoes!
how long did they last?
i'm using werks right now.. i love them
i have almost 2 gallons on them and i haven't even changed my bearings out and still same pair of shoes
doesn't seem like the shoes wore down much
i thot the fioroni turbo slider was supposed to be good? and good durability, was it?

For those that says RMV speed 3 is excellent in durability please check this link below.
I experience wear on the pin on the fly wheel where the small compression springs sit. and it is not just surface wear but deep grooves. You can copy and paste the link below, I have exactly the same problem as indicated by the last picture on the link below.
http://www.twf8.ws/new/tech/options/...d3/speed3.html
This is an item cost over 100 US and it only last one clutch shoe cycle before this wear developed. I am certaily not happy.
Any speed 3 owner out there, please reflect on your experience.

Well, a set of Mugen aluminum shoes and 1.0 springs will cost you 25 bucks, tops. That should last just short of forever when compared to most different types of composite shoes.

I've got about a gallon and 1/2 on my Werks and it's great so far. The carbon shoes look like they're going to last about 8 more gallons
The system is so much better than a standard clutch setup IMO, and the flywheel is cupped, enclosing the front engine bearing.

Me too I use Werks on my Truggy and Buggy on my OS VZ-B V-SPEC AND OS RG, and is very very good clutch system.
I have a Rulon, Carbon and teflon shoes but i just try the carbon and is very durable.
If you buy Werks clutch don't forget to put some tread lock on the bolt
