RE: PIKTOR BUGGY!!!!!
Buggy just looks wrong, those shocks just ruin the lookl for me. They are mounted in such a way that you'dneed 100wt to get them working right.

If Himoto was made in France Hincappe would think it was great.[sm=lol.gif] Yes I am interested to see how it does. Is it manufactured in France or just a French company?

hi. unfortunatly everything these days are manufactured in china or taiwan. when it cost only 50cent to produce a part overseas versus $5 local then there is no choice.
anyway the buggy is designed with the guys at Medial Pro. So i think they know a thing or two about RC.

''Philippe Lachat and Sebastien Leonard (Medial Pro) are just coming back form Taiwan after one week of test with the new RUSH 2. "the car is better than expected, tests are very positive and we are very confident for the future,..." We will post an photo album with more details of this new chassis and in action soon. Thanks to Medial Pro and RB Products making test in good conditions''

RE: PIKTOR BUGGY!!!!!
im kina wondering about the up travel on the suspention with the shocks in that position. also with the suspension like that how well it would handel on a bumpy/rutted track with big table tops and woop sections. im just worried that i wouldnt spring off the jumps.

Will not work on American tracks. Not enough sock travel, more of a road car suspension. The Revo is a better lay down system for off road if that is what you are interesed in.

so says who? you? and how many buggies have u designed?[>:]
anyway looks like a sweet design. very narrow and central design like the losi. but with more weight at the back.[8D]
and the shock towers could easily be changed to some more upright ones, if that makes you feel better.[:'(]

RE: PIKTOR BUGGY!!!!!
Designed by the french and made in taiwan...the piktor guys just got back from taiwan..they did the testing of the buggy in taiwan..most 1/8 buggies are made there anyway....but i kinda like the design..it looks really cool and different...some european drivers have changed their crono rs03 shock towers to have the similar lay down shock design just like the piktor...

RE: PIKTOR BUGGY!!!!!
Have seen a option kit available fro the Crono buggies that is very similar to setup on the Rush2.
Very interesting though as quite a few brands are thinking outside the box and not conforming to the usual designs.

RE: PIKTOR BUGGY!!!!!
yes exactly. no the setup wont the the same as with the conventional shocks on every buggy going around now. like 35weight oil and 1.5x2 piston. it will be different.
if people designing the first motor vehicle said oh that wont work, we will still be running around in horse and carraige now.

RE: PIKTOR BUGGY!!!!!
I can never put down inovation atleast they are trying. I'd like to see how this thing handles on track.
Even with that design it looks like you could have quite a bit of upward and downward travel (after all the kyosho's don't have much downward travel compaired to the hyper 8 and Losi 8 anyway). If it doesn't then as long as your local track is pretty much blue groove then the buggy might be good for you .
