The 21t is factory modified and has a turbo plug head. the 21t is supposed to be a little faster than the 21b.

The new D21T MK II Red head has a turbo button and standard button as well as both 7mm and 8mm carb venture. The Red Head has much better bottom end then the old green head. I have two D21B one stock and one RBmods, which are very good, engines as well as I have the STS 28 for my Savage. My D21B keep up with engines that cost twice as much! Right now it has put me in 7th place in my class in the Georgia Championship Series, which I have only been racing seriously for about 4 months. My next engine will be the new T red head!!! One other thing the T models have a different piston then the B as well as it T is factory modified like musclecar64 said.
Here read more about the new red head and Rick Brakes for RBmods impression of it.

Thanks everyone. I now know i want the mkii and found it on ebay for 160. RC Mall is selling them (has like 40 some of them) has anyone had experience with him? and why so cheap?

I would buy from stsmicroengines.com but for some reason i can't get to it (is the site down?)

yeh go with one of the ones I listed above. NitroCountry don't carry all the version of the STS 21E, 28, and 30. and they don't have the parts for all of them.

I do not have a problem bring up STS Micro Engines on either Fox Fire or explore. You sure your security settings are not set to high on your computer?

no I mean their website don't load on my laptop, and the pictures links don't work, and all the drop down bars and things don't work, its probally because of my firewall. on STSmicroengines the pictures link work only if I turn my pop-up blocker off, and the shipping estimater don't come up, probrlly because of my pop-up blocker again. and I have talked to Mark at STSmicroengines and seems to be a nice guy to work with.

Hey sychosnoman - I purchased an STS D21B from RC Mall back on May 9 and it just arrived today (5/29). Not what I expected and the wait was not worth the $10 bucks I saved. Next time I will just buy from stsmicroengines.com.

STS Micro Engines is on the West Coast and I am on the East Coast and I normally get my stuff in 3 business days. All so with RC Mart did you check the surge charges they charge you no matter what payment forum you use!!!!!!!!!!![:'(]

I was charged $130 for the D21B motor, $10 for shipping. No other surcharges. I ordered it on 5/11 and just picked it up today (5/30). It was sent registered mail via HK Post. The package arrived in great shape and the motor appears to be fine... to be determined when I get home and take it apart. Like I said earlier, for a small amount more I could have had it shipped from STS Microengines and would probably have had it (partially) broken in already. I tried to order form Project Zen, but their web site was not working properly.

You most have gotten it off ebay then as in the US it is against the law to charge a surcharge and all so against ebay polices. Here is a link to RCmarts surcharges.
http://www.rcmart.com/catalog/paymen...eaeec70b01926e

With RCmart I have gotten 3 different prices and never know till I see it on my credit card statement what the final charge is One of the many problems I have had with them!
