RE: NEED HELP BUYING MY NITRO 1/8 BUGGY
There is plenty of good avice here. If you go and buy that bazooka now you deserve the trouble you will get from it.
The hyper 7 is solid GREAT beginner buggy, the storm CL-1 is reasonably good too (make sure you can get parts) and the lightning is a decent buggy. I would stay away from the Kyosho. Their top end buggies are very good but their RTRs are junk.
Also listen to what people say about trucks truggies. They have more ground clearance and can get over roughr ground and longer grass.
I'd go Hyper 7 or Hyper ST

RE: NEED HELP BUYING MY NITRO 1/8 BUGGY
I would buy the VTx b1 buggy. Like someone said earlier you can get it for under $300. The only thing I have done is change out the transmitter and receiver. I have raced it and have about 2 gallons on it. For the winter months I have purchased a new motor for it and a new Mugen 5 mbx 5 body. I don't race in the summer as I have other things to do. I also purchased the truggy also. I dont have a lot of time on that but it'll some action this winter.

Mattbeginner123,
Do NOT purchase one of the cheap buggies if you don't want to be frustrated. Look on ebay for a Sportwerks Turmoil or Mayhem. Even used they will be better than a new Bazooka or Raze. Those are the same cheap buggies that just change the name.
You may even find a Hyper 7 which would be better than the cheap buggies.
I can just imagine the money you have burning a hole in your pocket but if you save up just a little more or find a good used one for the money you have you will enjoy the hobby more.

Dude, its been said 50 times already, Amain and Towerhobbies as well as Killer and others all ship Internationally, I'm in Australia and the longest it takes to get here is 10 days.
Those VTX buggies are ok (better than those other knowckoffs you were eyeing) but as said 93496 already GET A HYPER 7.
