RE: XT2 Buggy Mods and hop ups
u could buy a 2-speed for it but that wouldnt be too good for the jumps
u could buy the XTM 457 engine and change the clutch bell
just go to the hobby people website at hobbypeople.net and go to the xt2 and on the left side of the page click hop-ups

Mate, i've seen someone on here turn the XT2 into a truggy looking machine, just by adding bigger wheels!!! The response he got was to get the arms from a mammoth and then adding the bigger wheels... I've thought about doing this too!

Maybe a better radio system would be a first? My stock one only goes for like 20 odd metres, maybe a new futaba system? Would that be any good or a Hitec System? What other radio systems are relevantly good or better than a stock one?!?

learn to spell.
the reason against a 2 speed is because when landing there will be alot of power going through the wheels that land first and it can strip out he ring/pinion gears on the diffs.
