They are both pretty solid buggys.I went with the lx1 and couldnt be happier.Both are good so you will be happy with eaither one you choose.

My dad has a Ravager and my brother in law has an LX1, both are solid buggys. We all do some racing at the LHS track and both of those buggys do very well, just get you a good radio and some better servos and you will be happy with either one.

If all you are doing is bashing they are good if you are only doing a little club racing they are OK if you are going to do serious racing you need something else like a Hyper 7 which is still competitive and is a good basher.
