Got out on the water this weekend after a 2 year hiatus....It didn't end well. [&:]

I had to LOL on the shout out to CTS... Funny.

No, I actually had to richen it up there at the beginning, Probably because I switched the type of oil I used. I switched from Natural to synthetic....maybe that's why.

I'll have to tear down the engine, or look into the exhaust port to see what the damage is.

What synthetic we're you using? Some are not very good and on a lean run... Well, damage sometimes ensues. I use mineral oil in my small 2-strokes and I use Amsoil dominator in my 120hp Johnson v4 outboard.

When you tear it down, post pics. I'm curious to see what happened. In the video it sounded like a spun rod bearing or the cylinder got too hot and the oil broke down and quit lubricating.
