Just a few quick selections. that might work. I'm assuming 2-3 cell lipo and max 8" prop.

I'm not real knowledgeable on electric, but If I were to be buying, I'd choose the 2200kv motor and the Plush speed control on 2 cell and a 7" or an 8" prop just to experiment with.
I'd rip the red shrink wrap off the ESC and coat the innards with Neverwet to waterproof it then re-wrap it with shrink wrap. the 25mm clear should fit, but I'd order some 30mm and some 40mm just to be sure. It's cheap enough. Although the shrink wrap will need to be bought from the international warehouse and ordered separately from the motor and ESC. You don't want to buy anything heavy from international unless you can help it because of shipping cost.

Lipo battery will have to be of your choice by weight or by Mah and cell count. Just remember the higher Mah, the heaver and bigger it is. I probably wouldn't go less than a 30c discharge. You DO have a charger for Lipo, right?
Just a quick tip with hobby king, If you are not a platinum member, prices are higher, but if you let the product page hang open for a few minutes, a pop up will appear offering you a one time price reduction that equals the platinum member price, but you have to add it to your cart and buy it right away.
